The Harrow Health Centre(HHC) is excited to welcome Dr. Nicole Peralta to our Team. If you are not a patient of the HHC and would like to roster with Dr. Peralta, please call 519-738-2000 Ext 305 and speak to Jenna. Due to the high volume of calls, you may need to leave a message with your name, number, and that you are interested in joining the clinic.
In partnership with Family Services Windsor-Essex (FSWE), adult walk-in counselling continues to be available free for all community members on Tuesdays from 3:30pm to 7:00pm.
In partnership with the Youth Wellness Hub of Windsor-Essex, youth peer support (12 to 25 years old) will be available as a walk-in service every Monday from 2:00 to 6:00pm.
All other appointments at the HHC Clinic are scheduled, including our lab services.
