Quality Improvement &
Innovative Partnership

QIIP is a quality improvement organization funded by the Ministry of Health and Long Term-Care. The goal of this program is to advance the development of a high performing primary healthcare system. Through this initiative we will be looking at ways to improve access to our patients. We are continually evaluating the way the clinic functions and ways to improve it.
We will also be looking at Chronic Disease Management and ways that we can improve in these areas. We hope to be able to better serve our community and education our patients so that they are able to better care for themselves.
