(PCAP) Primary Care Asthma ProgramThis program is in connection with Ontario Lung Association and Asthma Research Group. It is currently provided two days a month to our patients. It is an opportunity for patients to speak directly with Certified Respiratory Educators and work along with them to develop a treatment plan appropriate to their needs.
