Keeping your appointments

We may schedule your next appointment before you leave the Health Centre. The time and date will be written on an appointment card and scheduled into the computer.
We will make every effort to schedule around your work and family needs whenever possible. If you are unable to keep an appointment please notify us as soon as you can and another appointment will be given to you.
